The Standings is a paid advertising platform for lifestyle and fashion creators on Instagram, operated for an audience in India. A listing's position on the leaderboard is priced by how much is paid for it: the more paid, the higher the rank. Ranking reflects the amount paid, not an editorial assessment of any creator, and every listing is disclosed as paid placement.

By checking the acceptance box on the submission form and completing payment, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't submit a listing.

A new listing can be created for any amount at or above ₹49 — there is no fixed price, and no requirement to beat any other listing's amount by a set margin to take a higher rank than it. The 10% rule below applies only when you already have a live listing and want to raise your own position: a further payment on a handle you've already listed must exceed your own current amount by at least 10%, which exists to keep re-listing a meaningful step up rather than a token increase. Rank is recalculated continuously from the amount paid; if two listings are tied, whichever was placed first holds the higher rank. Anyone may pay to list any Instagram handle — The Standings does not verify account ownership before a listing goes live (see Section 6).

Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees. A payment is non-refundable once accepted, including if your listing is later outranked by a higher payment — you keep your listing and the amount paid, but your position moves down. In rare cases a payment may clear without resulting in a live listing; when that happens the full amount is refunded automatically. You're responsible for the accuracy of the name, handle, and photo submitted. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. You confirm, before paying, that the Instagram profile linked is the one you intend to list.

Because anyone can pay to list any public Instagram handle, a listing may occasionally be created by someone other than the account owner. If you did not create your own listing and want it removed, contact the.standings.co@gmail.com and it will be reviewed and taken down.

We may hide or remove any listing at our discretion — including for impersonation, illegal content, or a request from the account owner under Section 6 — without owing a refund for the amount already paid.

The Standings is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or archive or remove uploaded media, at any time if required to operate it. This does not affect the ranking rules in Section 3, which govern position while the Service is running.

We collect the name, handle, and photo you submit, along with contact details collected during payment. This information is used only for payment-related purposes and is not disclosed to other users or listed creators. What is collected, why, and how long it is kept is set out in full in the Privacy Policy. You may request correction or removal of your data by contacting the.standings.co@gmail.com.

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, The Standings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including changes in ranking position or any impact on your Instagram following.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
